If you cancel, the amount refunded depends on how far in advance you cancel, counted in calendar days before your arrival date.

• 30 or more days before arrival: your rent is refunded in full.
• 7 to 30 days before arrival: 50 percent of your rent is refunded.
• Less than 7 days before arrival: rent is not refunded.
• After arrival: rent is not refunded.

Whenever you cancel, the occupancy tax, the cleaning fee and the refundable security deposit are returned to you in full. These are never withheld, at any point.

If you cancel within 24 hours of booking, and you booked at least 7 days before arrival, your rent is refunded in full regardless of the above.

Refunds are returned to the card used for payment. You will never be refunded more than you have actually paid. If you have paid a deposit but not the balance, the refund is limited to the amount you paid.
