Review policy
Reviews on COR are about the stay. COR removes a review that:
- Retaliates for a refused request — for example a refund or money back, or a free early check-in or late check-out, that the guest asked for and was refused.
- Blames the host for something the guest caused.
- Is about things that are not part of the villa rental — for example the golf cart (a free extra, not part of what the guest pays for), the weather, the ferry, or the resort’s own rules and facilities.
- Is not about the stay at all, or names the wrong villa.
- Is abusive or discriminatory, or shares private details.
A review that mentions such things in passing but is about the stay stays up. Removed reviews no longer count toward the rating. COR applies these rules the same way to every review, whatever its stars.
