Perched above Hamilton Cove, this one-bedroom villa looks straight out over the bay to the Pacific, high enough that the balconies stay quiet and breezy and every sunset is front row.

Hand-scraped mahogany floors and reclaimed stone from Corsica run through the open living area. The bedroom has a king-size Ritz Carlton mattress with Cariloha sheets; a queen sofa sleeper in the living room takes two more guests. Several balconies let you follow the sun, with views across the bay to the pool below.

The kitchen is fully equipped (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender) with a dining table, and a BBQ grill outside for sunset dinners. The stone bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and a hairdryer.

An electric golf cart comes with the stay. Beach towels, chairs and an umbrella are provided, and Hamilton Cove’s pool, hot tub, gym and beach are yours to use. Free parking and an EV charger on site.

If you cancel, the amount refunded depends on how far in advance you cancel, counted in calendar days before your arrival date.

  • 30 or more days before arrival: your reservation is refunded in full.
  • 7 to 30 days before arrival: 50 percent of your rent is refunded.
  • Less than 7 days before arrival: rent is not refunded.
  • After arrival: rent is not refunded.

Whenever you cancel, the occupancy tax, the cleaning fee and the refundable security deposit are returned to you in full. These are never withheld, at any point.

If you cancel within 24 hours of booking, and you booked at least 3 days before arrival, your reservation is refunded in full regardless of the above.

Refunds are returned to the card used for payment. You will never be refunded more than you have actually paid. If you have paid a deposit but not the balance, the refund is limited to the amount you paid.
