“The Big Blue” has been such a success that we decided to add a second condo “Cove’ Azure”.
With 180 degree ocean views and the waves gently splashing against the beach, it is a soothing adventure. This vacation home includes use of a golf cart, the community’s amenities, pool, spa, health club, 18-hole putting course, tennis courts, croquet court, sand volleyball and beach with built in barbecues and picnic tables. Some restrictions may apply. Occupants subject to Hamilton Cove HOA rules.
The space
Please note that during Covid 19 the pool and Jacuzzi are closed to guests.
We are pleased to offer a Mediterranean style vacation Villa on Catalina island at the prestigious Hamilton Cove Luxury Resort. The Villa is in the most desireable location as it is a true end-unit, it is not sandwiched in between other units. You have Ocean and Nature views, it also has a Fireplace which makes for cozy evenings overlooking the ocean. The Villa boasts a very spacious and airy indoor outdoor style of living with double doors opening to a gorgeous balcony with breathtaking views.
The resort features 2 Tennis courts a pool, jacuzzi, Sauna, Gym, Volleyball court and croquet court. We also offer the use of our golf cart to get around the island.
Please note: Due to allergies we can not accept pets nor service animals in our home, thank you.
Hamilton Cove HOA also does not allow for any pets or animals to be brought to Hamilton Cove.
