The Villa is a sanctuary for couples, small families and professionals seeking relaxation in a luxurious environment, we strictly do not allow more than the amount of guests stated in the listing description to spend the night (security will not allow more than the amount of people on the booking to check in) and no parties.

Any type of illegal drug use or excessive drinking will terminate the rental agreement with no refund.

We don’t allow pets due to allergy issues and absolutely no smoking indoors.
Please understand that any damage to the villa or the Golf cart occurring during the rental period due to misconduct has to be paid for by the guest in addition to the rental fee.
Only guests who are approved for the use of the Golf cart are allowed to operate it.
The Golf cart is complementary and is NOT included in the Rental price and we do not guarantee that it is operational during your stay. Should there be a mechanical issue we try to resolve it as quickly as possible.


Please note that Filming or professional photography is NOT allowed without written permission from the owner.


ALSO: Any types of Drones are not allowed at Hamilton Cove.

All guests have to abide by the Hamilton Cove HOA rules.

Cancellation Policy:

Full refund up until 60 days before arrival date. 50% Refund if the dates get rebooked after cancelation.
