COR is a site created by a long-time HC host with the intention of offering free services to hosts and owners that unify and streamline the everyday workflow of HC. The aim is to create a more unified voice for hosts and owners, to achieve a better quality of island life for all of us, and to waste less and generate more revenue by integrating modern software, so that when the big bills hit, like lift station, termite and structural foundation repairs, we have the money to pay for them.

Hosting on COR requires owning a condo at Hamilton Cove.

COR brings everything a host needs into one place and automates as much of it as possible, the COR – app brings all of the functionality to your mobile phone:

• Your villa, your bookings. List your villa, take direct bookings with secure payments, deposits and TOT / occupancy tax handled, and keep your calendar in sync on COR channel manager with Airbnb, VRBO and the other popular booking sites.
• Guests looked after. The Guest List is filled out by guests and goes to Hamilton Cove security automatically and on time. Guests get check-in steps, a travel wallet which guides the guest through their Hamilton Cove vacation, and messages with you and the COR-AI assistant.
• Your team, automated. Cleanings are offered to your cleaners automatically after every stay, with worksheets, problem reports and earnings. Golf cart delivery for guests is dispatched the same way, all through one team app that team members can download to their phones.
• Island services. Golf carts, transport, activities and more from Catalina’s independent contractors, booked in one place.
• Owners together. A private owners forum to discuss Hamilton Cove and the Island, follow the HOA task forces, and check questions against the CC&Rs and city ordinances with the help of AI.
